Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Mi Kondre order.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn and unused
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Please note that returns sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

• your item is damaged
• your item is defective
• you received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• personalized or custom-made products
• gift cards
• sale items

We also do not accept returns for products that have been used or worn.

If you have any questions regarding your specific item, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your current item and place a new order separately once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still meet the return conditions listed above:

• unworn
• unused
• with tags
• in original packaging

Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged
